GPIL got merged wd RRIl and HIL. RRIL is holding 11,25,000 shares of GPIL after merger to hold that shares GPIL created a Trust cald GPIL Beneficiary Trust. now i hv to register this trust, i m seacrhing in google but no where find the exact procedure
.
Can anyone send me the procedure for registering the trust for the above reason
