Hello everyone,
I am planning to start my own small scale consultancy business and for that I need sole propriestorship registration done and a current account in name of business. A few queries-
1) I have heard that a sole propriestorship in itself is not registered with the government. In that case, is CA required to register it or I can do it myself by going to a lawyer/notary if required? What would the procedure in such case?
2) This is going to be a home based small scale side business and I dont really require shop & establishment licence nor service tax registration. How do I go about getting current account in such case?
Please help me out and correct me if I am wrong.
