how to register or article ship.... i have passed only 1st group and after how many year or articleship my final exam attemt will due

buy articleship regn form from nearest icai bhawan in your city, or download it from icai website
you will require a dd of rs. 2000/- drawn in favour of your registration centres, kanpur/delhi/chennai..etc.
there should be minimum gap of atleast 2.5 yrs between your ipcc exams and final attempt
Its better for you to buy a registration form from nearest ICAI Bhawan because you cannot get identity card if you download from the site. Submit along with a dd of Rs. 2000/- in favour of your registration centre
