How To Register New Software Firm

Want To register new Firm For selling webhosting & SMS

From where we can register software Firm in india , some soltuion i found is to register as society , but i think is not correct way.

There are number of ways to become a legal business entity depends on the vision and circumstances which suits in ur case, it could be like:-

1. Public Limited Company

2. Pvt. Ltd. Company

3. LLP

4. Partnership Firm

5. Society (not preferred for business)

6. Sole properitorship

7. HUF

dude, go 4 pvt.ltd. it will cost u but its best.

I m very little to make a pvt ltd

Sole properitorship i think good.

I want to open currecnt account in the name of firm so that i can take payment for hosting etc.

which one is good ?

and where i need to go to register (Means Office like coroporate or registar etc where)

You will have to approach to "Registrar of Firms and Societies" of your concerned state for registering your firm and then you can get your current account opened in any bank.

Whether it is better to go with Pvt. Ltd. Company if your vision is broader. But it s not necessary.
