The registration form is only a procedure for registration but the category of services are to be decided based on the definition of  services which is provided in Service Tax Law (i.e. Finance Act 1994).

From a Broad look of the nature of the services mentioned your primary category of services would be Online Information and database service. A in depth understanding of what services you provided is needed to provide the accurate category of service.

Hope this gives you a clarity of way forward.

Basically if you register your company then you have to first of all regsiter as private limited company but if you want just like a propreitorshiop firm registration in India then you have to apply for the service tax regsistration and then open a current bank account on the name of busisness.
