Hello Sir,
I am running a small computer centre in Ghaziabad (U.P.). I want to register it. What is the procedure for it. Can I do it online?
I have googled it but couldn't get any related information.

You have to first get Gumasta license, i.e. register under Shop & Establishment Act, with your municipal ward office.
After that you can open current account with any bank in firm's name..
Finally, you will be required to get service tax registration, which you can do online.
