i am from hyderabad.
monthly rent i receive is 20,000
property tax in hyderabad = 20,000* 3.5 = Rs.70,000 p.a.
what is the way to reduce the property tax ?

i want some clarification for the same how do they charge
3.5 times of monthly then the best way is to reduce you rent amt & receive the same via other means
