For Example : Iam a Sri dev enterprises

I purchase from three parties Namely

1. Paramount Rs 135000
2. J thomsaon. Rs 19000
3. Akshaya. Rs 35000

for this I make an entry in my tally prime under purchase voucher well..

but I paid to these parties iny bank ,now I want to make Adjustments entries

my bank shows on 1.1.2024 Rs Rs 125000 Debit balance

So I need to know balance how much of amount I have to pay

please how to make for these Adjustment entry in my books

plse provide

Choose current period

Then look at current balance

Forgot to mention, filter company names as you might have other transactions

Forgot to mention, instead of outstanding, go to party ledger and set the period and see current balance. If it is debit, you owe or vice versa. I left off tally and now I'm working in sap consolidation expert ;)

bcoz, Your bank balance is Very low compared with payable.

So,
Give the details for
- credit terms of this 3 supplier
- bills details
- who is the priority

journal voucher thru journal entries.
bills outstanding ledger automatic.
