last year we pass the one bad debt entry for one customer due to not pay the amount, so we can close the account. but that customer current financial year sent the amount . how can pass the entry please give one solution
1. bank a/c dr.
to bad debts recovered a/c
2. bad debts recovered a/c Dr.
to profit and loss a/c
