How to read pdf file

Hi Everybody,

I have adbe acrobat XI, I m trying to prepare mca pdf forms but when  m trying to mail the ready form somewhere it is not readable and SHOW MSG PLEASE WAIT.

 

Can any one help me what I have to do?
