How to raise querry for ICAI malfunction or manipulation
All of us know that ICAI had issued a notification for LAW of finals, that only para 9.4 was applicable for may'11 attempt..... But in law exam., except para 9.4, questions were asked from rest of the chapter..... So what is due course for students now., can we raise this question to any authority of ICAI or complain against this???

Please write [ email] in detail to the board of studies or examination dept. [ web site will provide the ids] You could also host on e sahayatha. The ICAI has a group of council members in each committee. You could also write to them if you so choose.
If you report the same the problem could be addressed. If you discuss amongst yourself, it will only create a negative thought process.
