I wanted to know how should one go about preparing the Accounting standards for IPCC? Is the study material good enough or some other book is suggested?

no DS RAWAT just prepare from B.M.Agarwal 's content its sufficient..
In my view no need of all those other books, just refer institute module given in initial chapter and also read the content of AS given in Annexure of study material. Try to understand the concepts. Few practical problems are also given there. In addition, you must do other practical problems from Practice manuals, Suggested answers of all previous years to the extent available and Revision Test Papers of earlier years to the extent available in ICAI website. Also try to refer your tuition problems if you have taken coaching or else refer Files section in this site. There are so many problems available. Referring all these without fail is more than sufficient. Theory Questions are also expected to come in exams. So try to study in that way and not just for practical problem purposes.
