For Self Study books preferred :

For Concepts - S.D. Bala is the best book (but only for Concepts).

For Question Practice - Paduka is the best book  All the Scanners & RTP Questions are also covered.

As u've already taken coaching class, then in that case i would prefer u PADUKA only... as it will definately give u more practice and will help u a lot from examination's point of view.... But it depends, for which attempt are u preparing???? I mean if its for MAY 10.., then can go for suggested answers only coz u r as such running short of time

I have nov 2010 attempt....So according to u Paduka is best....????

1. for those who intends to learn finance from scratch and is of just above average capacity - pattabiram's book.

2. who already have some basic understanding and wants to practice and have no much time - a n sridhar's book.

3. for a detailed study and thorough knowledge - saravana prasath's book.

First do not get tensed and don't think that coaching was waste. Try and use the experience received in coaching. Kuch to discuss kiya hoga coaching main.

Paduka is good.

Prepare a list of frequently asked qus. and make notes for the same and prepare them. It will give you some desired confidence and if knowledge ride starts then see the magic. So cheer up and do something relevant to gain your confidence and just cheer up and be happy.

Enjoy the study.
