How to prepare ITSM

ITSM is the most technical subject of IPCC

I had scored 69 in it .... the only reason for such a score was my adamant attitude to learn from module 

there is nothing imp or less imp 

in professional exams like CA u should prepare yourself to expect the unexpected

so my advise to you would be to read from study material of icai ( or refer padhuka if u want module in a Q&A format ) and do all chapters..

We have an attitude of soft corner for easiest think. If any thing easier, then, will swich it over untill a trouble occur. Module at the outset is a book which will not be touched even with left hand. Some mind blocking with module. But for IT SM, this book is "Bible". Even Padhuka also prepared out of this materials with Past question and answer...

Give important to this subject, automatically in the course of time you will get a grip over it.. and it is more than enough for getting through this subject

I am also doing ITSM from Book written by Dinesh Madan . The book is written in lucid language with examples . I hope , if we can revise the whole contents, can score for 50 - 55 in this paper .
