I think there is a problem in your strategy. It's very easy to clear any exam with proper guidance and smart strategy. So,first of all, cool it down and understand and find out your weak points. You need to create a strategy for each subject and give more time to practice. Practice as much as you can because you if you just learn it will not gonna help. Practice help you to remember 90% of the subject.
Read these article which might help Article 1 Article 2 and you can also download this strategy for CA-CPT exam
Also, join some study groups and meet IPCC students learn with thier experience. Join gym or go for morning walk dont take pressure

You can secure good marks in the exam by studying in an appropriate manner and following some tips & tricks mentioned here. I am listing few points that will help you to improve your marks in CA CPT exam.
Give Priority to Accounts
The first CPT paper is Fundamental of Accounting which focuses on basic principles and concepts of accounting. Accounting is the most scoring subject of Chartered Accountancy course. First and foremost step of improving marks is to have a good hold on accounting concepts like journal, trial balance, cash book, partnership accounts, etc.
Learn Mercantile Law with Examples
To fetch marks in this troublesome subject of Mercantile Law you are required to learn some legal terminologies and understand them as well. Make you learn provisions from topics like Sale of Goods Act, Contract Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Law of Torts and Partnership Act.
Clear Concepts of Economics
Macro Economics is the part which will prove to be fruitful for you in the examination. This subject deals with government policies and study of national economics. In case you have cleared your concepts of macroeconomics then you can score easily in this subject.
Practice for Quantitative Aptitude
This subject is the most scoring one if you got it right or else you may end up with nothing in your hand. It is better to attempt this section at last so that you can focus on it properly. In the Statistics part of this subject focus on correlation and regression, average, differentiation and integration, etc.
Best of luck!
