How to prepare and study for ipcc?

Hi friends I cleared my CPT this june and appearing for IPCC may 2015..I have joined coaching classes for the same .. The problem is I dont know how to start with the studies moreover my class timings are daily 6 hours..I can manage max 3 hours for self study but I dont think its enough so i dont know how to manage time.. The problem does not ends here my next problem is I have no idea from where to study? how to study? classes people have their own study material which consists of questions covering almost the whole topic they just explain and solve the questions they never guide us how to study all that..I am asking you all this coz i think you people also might be going through the same or those who have cleared ipcc might have gone through this so please guide me how you managed it?

My suggestions are based on the assumption that you are giving only group 1: 1. Make attainable and practical targets monthwise n weekly. Thn allocate ur time accordingly on a daily basis to achieve them . In this way u will feel motivated to complete your self made goals. 2. For each subject rely only on latest icai modules . Believe me it's not tough . 3. Subject wise: a. Accounts:take up easy Ch first n thn a tougher one. Eg : do npo n single entry . Thn do amalgamation. Thn again easy partnership n hire purchase b. Cost: same as account. Eg : start from operating, marginal, budegting, contract thn do standard nd tougher ones c. Income tax : do house property, cap gain , pgbp, salary . Try to complete those portion first which has an overall greater weightage in paper d. Law: first do communication. Thn ethics. Thn company law. Thn small acts n contract act. e. F.M.: do it at last . Start wid time value, cost of capital, capital budgeting, ratio NOTE: 1. Complete ur first round of study only from icai modules. This will build up your confidence 2 . make short notes. It will reduce ur load at the time of revision 3. If you want to do more practice in the practical subjects do rtp mtp only 4 . don't compare your preparation with anyone . You'll always feel demotivated ALL THE BEST :-) I HOPE THESE SUGGESTIONS HELP YOU :-)
