How to post news ??

Can anyone tell me how to post news on this site ?? I tried it twice but got the message "The news has been posted and will be displayed AFTER MODERATION". However, the same was never posted.

Thats correct

news, polls and articles all this wil go to site Admin after they approving only this can be posted on main page....

I Have Cleared my CA IPCC exams in November 2010 & statred my articleship in Feb 2011. Please confirm that when will i be eligible for the CA Final exams? Is provision of provisional attempt applicable to IPCC students also.
