I have not filed gstr-1 return of December 2017 which due date showing 15-02-2018
Please suggest me how to pay late fee and what is per day penalty for non filing of GSTR-1??

till date there is no penalty for gstr1

Note :
It's not Penalty. It's for LATE FEE.
Late fee is applicable For late filing GSTR 1 return...
If it's Nil return then Late Fee Rs 20/day (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)
If it's Other than Nil return then Late Fee Rs 50/day (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25)
Also the late fee against GSTR 1 is not imposed in GSTR 3B return.
So,
As per my view You ll pay the late fee as per Your calculations. After any notice or notification for the late fee related then you can utilize the amount which is You paid...

Late fee shall be Auto populated in next month return.

It's only for GSTR 3B, not for GSTR 1 return.

Hi, could you kindly provide us the notification where is it mention that there is not penalty will be levy if we not file the same...
