How to open 2 excel files size of 40MB each

I am trying to open 2 excel files containing 15 worksheets and only formulaes and links within the 15 sheets. Bu while opening two files of same size and same formulaes and links the second file couldn't opened.

Please help me on this.

Please change the names of both the files.And try opening it again. I hope it will help.

Dear friend the name of both the files are different but the second file is creating problem because of its size.

if file size is very huge then sometime it creates problem, check your RAM and upgrade it to 2GB atleaset!

EXCEL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RAM. EXCEL USES ITS OWN INTERNAL MEMORY. ONLY OPTION IN MY OPINION IS TO UPGRADE OFFICE TO XP OR 2007

Dear Pariksh*t

To open some file Excel use system memory (i.e. RAM) if the RAM of sys is not enough then it will create problem. I m using excel 2003 & i can open 3 or 4 files at a time having file size more than 40mb(per file). Its totally depend upon your sys.
