Six hours sleep is sufficient enough for good health....
Half an hour for Pranayam and Yoga is sufficient for good physical and mental health
One hour is sufficient for other activities.....
Rest is upto you how you manage.....

why to confine till 14 houras only. you can manage more. still 14 hours is very good if yu can save this much.

sir, thankyou very very much for your reply. I hope you will continue this ...... Sir, most of the students are engaged in job untill articleship commences.... in both cases approx. 10 hours consumed and the remaining 14 hours left with majority of the students.... So, It is better to manage time which left after such job/articleship........
