I have sold some material about 3.00 lac to a registered GST dealer. The validity of E-way bill is today. Now dealer refused to take delivery and he will not issue any debit Note for this material. Please suggest :-
1 Can I cancel eway bill and Original bill OR
2.if not than how i will take the credit again because customer will not support in this matter.
Please advice as today is last day of Cancelation of Eway Bill

E-way bill can be drawn based on a credit note. Debit note not required for goods return. Get the goods back on the face of such credit note and original bill. While filing G.S.T.R-1, please intimate credit note details in G.S.T.R-1/4 as the case may be. Ask buyer just to accept Credit note furnished by you and he need not furnish a Debit note.
E-way bill cannot be cancelled even within 24 hours if the movement of goods started

Agree with sir. You can generate credit note and make e-way against it and get your goods returned
