Well.... one should understand..a resolution is not something .. you cut and paster and fix wherever you want... its a formal way of giving authorisation and each resolution is different dealing different areas... better develop habbit of drafting resolution rather than developing a general format for every situation. In market lots of books of available with all kinds of sample resolution..dealing with different situations.
