how to make payment of tds of individuals

I am Indian resident individual deducting tds on brokerage of an individual. Now how can I make payment of this tds to government. In challan 281 there is no column of pan number. I does not have tan number. I want to make payment of tds using my friends online banking account. So how can put deductor and deductee pan number while making payment of tds?
