How to make command on law?
law is very intresting and esential subject but lots
of student having lot of problems wid it.Why
I want to suggest you some important way by that
u cqn easily graps the concept.
1.when u read any law subject think about basic of
that I mean Make basic understanding about that
e.g. transfer of propert act-here we have to words
transfer as well as property.
-now think about basic meaning of transfer I think
everybody knows abt it.
-now think abt property-we also knows abt it.my
property means I have full right on that for
selling,leasing etc.
-now combined both term transfer+property----its
basic meaning is I have some my own righted
property and I want to trnsfer that it may be for
sell and any other purpose.
-as per law any individual posses any kind of
movable and immovable property having title
ownership on that and want to sell etc to other
person on taking some kind of considration by that
the title shall be transfer to buyer.
-Movable property-now also u need to divide and
understand basic meaning of it like movable means
surface of that propert should not be attached with
earth permanently and can be moved other place
also.
-Immovable means - surface attached wid earth
and not capable to move other place like building
etc.
so friendz as per my point of view if u read like
that u will be clear ur concept as well as ur
doubt.lots of student having problem regarding
leagal word and terms as per my view if u clear
and understand basic meaning of that word than
no doubt u will be clear whole act.
