As per Circular No. 285/1980 Excess TDS remitted to the Department can claim refund, can any one let us know the procedure and the forms if any, in which application to be made for claiming refund.
Can any one share the formats if any.

visit the AO (TDS) and discuss the issue with him, he will provide you forms and process to get refund.
