How to maintain school account in tally

if larger numbers of student....it's too dificult to maintain student wise ledger....it's become lenthier and confusion work....so don't go with seprate ledger.....

There is no point creating thousands of ledgers just in the name of students. The fees collected from studens is identical. So a single ledger can be created to maintain the details.

Maybe, create a ledger class wise, or section wise if you want to make it in a wider manner.

                             to school fee account

thwn when i receive cash i am posting cash /bank a/c dr.

                                                              party.

my doubt is party under which head and fee under which head

any one can please help me
