yours income would be considered as income from profession and accordingly taxed under the head PGBP. you would be required to prepare the income and expenditure account and balance sheet of your profession each year. you need to have a current account in a bank where you can deposit your receipts received and also make cheque payment. cash book for all cash expenses incurred and payments received in cash. in case you are subject to tax audit then you need to maintain stock register of the medicines relate to their consumption
