Eg. Kindly instruct me. Tax working of stock transfer (intra and inter) on gst. Mr X is a trader If Mr.X has another branch within the state he transferred stock of his another branch. Here,should I calculate Gst tax for this transactions?

Earlier in VAT no tax was imposed on stock transfer within the state. Will the same be continuing ?
only if both address have same GSTN
we have to pay GST for branch transfers later shall claim them. as per my understanding
If you trf goods in same state with same GSTN then no tax
all other case you have to pay GST and claim
