Count down to may exam is started and most of our friends were very nervous and at the same time in a busy preparation schedule. Only one mission that is to clear the exam. Pressure level will increase when exam days are closer to you.
How you approach your examination will determine your success or failure. Not only smart preparation but some soft skills will help you writing the exam better and efficient manner. All the soft skills were discusses elaborated manner.
Pressure is a strong emotion which is the main disaster and ultimately leads to poor performance both your exam preparation days and during your examination days. Pressure cannot be avoided but reduced through your positive thinking and finding solutions for problems.
Be positive, no one can defeat you other than your selves. Bring all your positive energy for writing your CA exam.
Confident is the key and never compromise it. During exam days, Confidence will be affected due to following reason.
a) Under preparation
b) Lengthy question paper though question may be easy
c) Purely practical and tough question
d) Some people were tensed even for a silly think
Give a positive feed back that you are going to write tough exam. Never expect an easy questions rather, be ready to face lengthy, practical and difficult exam. If you are ready to face tough exam situation, then you will find a way.
Good planning is very important to write a toughest exam. Maximum possible utilization of time is very important.
Your good time will be wasted for thinking answer rather than writing it. If you got struck any answer at any point of your exam, don’t waste your time to think the answer. Start attempts other questions.
All in completed questions can be taken care during the last hours of exam. There are following advantages for writing unknown during last hours of exam.
a) You are adapted with exam writing, efficiency may be increased, written speed also increased.
b) Reduce wastage of time for thinking answer and it will finally leads to time shortage and poor performance.
Creativity and better presentation is the top secret for securing rank in any competitive exam. Those who have secured good mark, will posses these two qualities. All are learning from mostly same materials or reference books or coaching classes, but mark is not same!
Creativity and presentations are skills which can be developed within you.
Creativity in exam would means following:-
a) Try to write a concepts or solutions in your own style which is being different from others. Peoples perceiving facts and things around the world in different manner.
b) Try to write value added answers (VAA). Value can be added from your imagination.
Better presentation would means following:-
a) Try to write points to point. Give answer to what examiner asked to you. For 5 mark questions, it is better to write 5 relevant points in precise and concise form rather than writing an essay which may spread across pages.
b) Give a margin number for each of your points.
c) Never write irrelevant points, cases laws etc . These are really cause you trouble.
d) Try to give heading and sub heading where ever necessary.
e) Try to write exam in own words and style excepts for definitions.
f) Avoid writing abbreviations and short words
Never try to cram the day before exam. Good sleep and good relaxation is very important. So now am giving balls to your hand. Now it is your turn to hit the balls. Approach your CA exam with full confidence and adopt above technique you can secure good mark. Wish you all the best for your CA examinations.
