hi, how to get tin in delhi? what are the charger for tin? do i need help of a professional like c.a for tin? pl. help me as i need tin for selling my electronic items online on flipkart

To get a tin no. please visit dvat.gov.in and then you need to file the required form online itself.
It is not neccessary to get a help of c.a you can get it yourself

First go for Url https://dvat.gov.in/website/home.H T M L
Click on New Registration for Pan Verfication fill the desired form with your contact submit the same.
You will be notified for Pan Verification on your mail along with Login Credentials that will be Reference ID provided at the time of submitting the Pan Verification form as your User Id and Mobile number as your password.
After Login fill the desired Form and upload the documets
List of Documents required for DVAT Registration enclosed herewith.
