I am an Contractor and I made the payments relating to site expenses to my staff account at site. He has withdraw the money and paid to labourer at site by cash. The banker started deducting TDS u/s 194n.
my question is...
whether I can to get that TDS benefit while filing my returns? please suggest

Simply, if TDS u/s 194N is deducted from bank account, if that bank account is on name of contractor (you) , than contractor (you) can take TDS credit while filing IT return.
