you can submit your income tax return with the help of Form 16, which you have received from your employer.

you should file your return in ITR-1
as per information provided by you, Tax refund amount is NIL

If tax has been deducted more than required then you may get refund of excess paid if less then you have to pay before filing return. may talk if need clarity 9911503621
