How to get refund in income tax if return is not filed?

Return is not filed for the AY 17-18. How do i get refund now? Is there any procedure?

Filing returns is mandatory to get refund.
You will have to file physical returns along with the condonation letter for delay in filing returns to your jurisdictional AO.

You can file your return upto 31/03/2019 and can claim tax refund.

Dear Mr Yash
Returns are pertaining to Asst Yr 17-18 and not Financial Year 17-18.
Last date for filing returns for Asst Yr 17-18 was 31.3.18.
How can you file the same upto 31.3.19 ?

Return to be filed u/s 119 of I.T Act. You can see the option of return filing u/s 119 on E-filing portal. Read the section and related rules for filing belated return.
