@ CA Anup Kumar Sena,

Visit Income Tax website and click on e pay tax , enter TAN number, enter mobile number -->you may get OTP .

Click tds / tcs payment:

You may generate the challan

It's not a detailed explanation
However,after compilation of data, a fpv extension file is generated from the software. login thru desired pan . Go to the tds payment. e payment can be done easily. click on the correct option for corporate assesse or non corporate assesse.
