Log into assesee's account on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

in My Account you will find

Efiling Processing status,

check various years and you will come to know which last year return is filled online..

:)

@ Sanjay - VK has aptly said. even though if u find that the ITR has not been filed then Just follow this link and u will get ITR 6 which sii required for the purpose of the company from AY 2007-08 to 2010-2011https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/download_all.asp

u should go to ur a/c in www.incometaxefiling.gov.in

my accounts>my retuns> and selct a.y.2010-11 to 2007-08 and see wether e-filing of ur retuns were made or not.

if it is not filed then u may file the reuns for atleast for the a.y.09-10 & a.y.2010-1, bcaz time is over for before a.y.'s. and a.y.09-10 retun has to be filed till 31.03.2011 only.

besides above all

u can visit to A.O. of income tax department

even u can have a copy of itr from their if itr are actually filed by assesse

The online status would only be available if the returns would have been filed online by the company or  a CA on behalf of the company. In case the returns were filed by way of hard copy filing the status would not be there online. In that case you can visit the respective ward and check the filing status personally.

all of you right dear

hi just  visit at   www.incomtaxindia.gov.in  go in FILE RETURN ONLIN>INCOMETAX RETURN>LOGIN>MY ACCOUNT ME JAKER AAP DETAIL DEKH SAKTE HO YEAR WISE OKKKK...
