How to fill up schedule tds 1 and tds 2 in itr 2

Please, guide regarding fill up of Schedule TDS 1 and TDS 2 in ITR 2 on following issues

1.Whether in this Schedule it is mandetory to incorporate each and every entry (TAN vise); of all Form 16 / Form 16A; total matching with Form 26AS .

OR

2.Whether it is appropriate to make a single entry TAN vise (Total of Form 16 / Form 16A) duly matching with Form 26AS.
