How to fill-up 108 form ???

HI,

I have completed my three and half years articleship .In 108 form there are columns for only three years .How will i fill up other half year period ?

Please help me .

I have filled my form 108 and my employer signed it today so tell me your problem i will solve it.i too was in great confusion while filing the form but thanks to ankur bhaiya and aditya maheshwari who helped me out
