I had d userid and password of d company.. but i don know how to file d return . whether through excel utility provided in d site or to fill the form in dat site only

The website is "www.aces.gov.in"
Known to me, filing by excel utility is better.
when you logged in the website by ur username and password, you have the menu "RET", there u can see the filing options through excel utility.
