how to file itr3 without details
i'm property dealer and my taxable income is 4.5lac. i don't have maintenance of books like b/s p&l etc , can i file itr3 without filling details of b/s and p&l?

You have to mandatorily file ITR3.
About few details pertaining to business, can be prepared with little efforts; but filling P&L and BS is necessary.
i think u can prefer for 44ad....presumptive basis....and no need of p&l and bs....correct if i am wrong
