how to file gstr3b and gstr1

my client is a government department. it deduct the TDS AMOUNT OF CONTRACTOR FILE THE GST TDS. NOW MY QUESTION IS HOW TO SHOW THIS INFORMATION IN GSTR3B AND GSTR1
