How to file gstr return in case of flexi agent ( vodafone)

I am a sub-distributor of Vodafone I

pay to Vodafone 100 rupees. Vodafone give me 104.30

I Give to retailer Rs. 103.00 against Rs. 100

So that my net commission only Rs. 1.30 

So tell me how to show under GSTR-3B & 1
