How to file GSTR 9C without Expenses wise segregation

As per the new changes made in GSTR 9C, 

Expenses wise segregation in GSTR 9C in Table Number 14 is  not mandatory.

But It's is not possible to fill the current GSTR 9C utility keeping the table 14 blank. 

Now what to to do?
