How can I file GSTR 9 Annual Return for F.Y. 17-18 as no such tab for filing of GSTR-9 is visible on the GST Portal.
Kindly Advise.

still now it has not came in gst portal.
GSTR 9 is not yet available online in GSTIN.
Reasonable to assume that last date to file (31.12.2018) will be extended.
