How to file case against my employer

I am Gowri from Tamilnadu.

I worked in Adhitya Polytechnic College. (https://www.adhithyapolytechnic.org/)

I worked as Lecturer - Chemistry department for the period of 2 years (June 2013 to May 2015). I was getting Rs. 6,500 INR (Six Thousand Five Hundred Rupees only). During my tenure, the salary as not paid regularly and also has been given in partial intervals.

I got relieved from the college by May 2015. I have my experience certificate, entry in daily attendance register soft copy, pending salary written notification with the college seal and sign from the accounts head.

I have my pending salary for past 6 months Rs. 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees). I have inquired about the same through Phone, face to face many times but no response from them.

I am a physically challenged Lady from a lower class background family.

Kindly let me know the procedure to file a case against my employer and it would be great if you help me to show a path for getting my money.

I need the the money for my operation, kindly help me sir..!!
