How can we download FORM 16 for Finanical Year 2015-2016 ( For Salaried Employee ) If My Employer is failed to provide me or they are not giving me.
Please provide any goverment site url.

You can't download from any govt. website It has to be given to you by your employer only.
The traces employer login is seperate that user
