Step 1: Log-on to the official website of UIDAI
Step 2: On the homepage, select the option "Aadhaar Number" from the "Get Aadhaar" section.
Step 3: On the next page, enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number in the provided field. Then, choose whether you want to download your regular Aadhaar or a masked Aadhaar. A regular Aadhaar card displays all 12 digits of your Aadhaar number, while a masked Aadhaar card only shows the last four digits.
Step 4: Next, enter the captcha code shown on the screen and click on the "Request OTP" button.
Step 5: You will see a pop-up message that asks you to confirm whether you want to receive the OTP on your registered mobile number. Click on the "Yes" button to proceed.
Step 6: After you receive the OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP in the given field and click on the "Download Aadhaar" button.
Step 7: Finally, click on the "Download Aadhaar" button to download your Aadhaar card in PDF format. To open the PDF, you will need to enter an 8-digit password. The password is a combination of the first four letters of your name (in capital letters) and your year of birth. For example, if your name is John Doe and your year of birth is 1990, your password would be "JOHN1990".
