How to do in tally

Hi friends 

I am a dealing in fire cracker and i want to use tally for my accounting but i have  a query in that so please help me for that

i am preparing my bill as below 

sr. No.  Name of  Item       box     unit       rate         total amount 

1            xyz                            1       3             150       450

                                                                          Total    1250
