How to disclose exempt capital gain from Compulsory acquisition of plot

Hi, My client's non agriculture plot was compulsory acquired by Government under RFCTLAAR ACT, 2013. Please refer the attached circular for it. As per this circular, sale consideration is exempt.

My question is how to show this compensation in ITR?
