How to deal with notice u/s 156 of income tax act ?

I had received intimation u/s 143(1) of income tax which demands tax payable rs. 1040 for AY- 2014-15, and notes to intimation states that this demand will be treated as demand notice u/s 156 of the income tax.

30 days already passed away. Now i am willing to pay demanded tax for the AY- 2014-15. Please guide me how to deal with this notice ?

If i pay the said amount online via e-pay tax portal, what extra procedure i have to follow? i mean that after submitting the amount i have to file any document on income tax site or anything to intimate the a.o that i have paid or just after payment i don't have to do anything

Do i need to submit revised return ? if yes , than under which section i should file revised return ?
