How to deal with hra for the salary person
Sir,
I want to know how to deal with the HRA for the computation of salary ,if a salary person get HRA but live in his own home,get he avail deduction under sec 10 his full HRA

No, he would not get deduction u/s 10(13A)
so sir then full Hra will be taxable.
He also received the medical claim amount of Rs 58000,i want to whether it comes under the tax or exemption.
